Apartman Plasse smješten je u prizemlju kuće s posebnim ulazom. U blizini apartmana nalazi se plaža „Ploče“, udaljena oko 3 km, s plavom zastavom,sa raznim sportskim objektima, (bazenski kompleks s otvorenim i zatvorenim bazenima, mini wellnesom,caffe barom, restoranom-pizzeriom.U blizini nalazi se i plaža Igralište s raznim sadržajima. Apartman sadrži jednu sobu sa dva ležaja ,(bračni krevet), i jedan ležaj za jednu osobu, te nudi mogućnost jednog pomoćna ležaja, dnevnu sobu, kuhinju , kupaonu i verandu. Parking se ne plaća, a moguć je na javnom parkiralištu u neposrednoj blizini apartmana. U blizini apartmana na udaljenosti od ( 7 km) smještena je Opatija, , kao i gradići u njenoj neposrednoj blizini Ika, Ičići, Lovran itd. Osim Opatijske rivijere, na udaljenosti od 35 km nalazi se u Crikvenička rivijera poznata po svojim plažama .U neposrednoj blizini apartmana na udaljenosti od 100 m, nalazi se trgovina LIDL, banka na udaljenosti od 50m,, te restoran-pizzeria na udaljenosti od 500m, kao i trgovina Kaufland.Trgovački centar ZTC na Krnjevu nalazi se na udaljenosti oko 2 km. Ključevi od apartmana, preuzimaju se u samom apartmanu prilikom dolaska.
Apartman se nalazi u mirnoj četvrti, u zapadnom dijelu grada.Poznata je po sportskom centru Zamet.
