Apartment Daphne nalazi se na 4. katu zgrade s liftom u mirnoj ulici 60 metara od središnjeg gradskog trga, Trga bana Jelačića. Prilaz u blizinu zgrade moguć je automobilom, a javna "Garaža Langov trg" udaljena je 6 minuta hoda. Apartman se sastoji od dnevne sobe u kojoj se nalaze sofa na razvlačenje, kuhinja i blagovaona , te spavaće sobe , kupaone i ulaznog prostora. U neposrednoj okolini i na pješačkoj udaljenosti su sve gradske povijesne znamenitosti te stotine trgovina, restorana i barova.

Ulica Pod zidom, u kojoj se nalazi apartman Daphne, svega je 150 metara dugačka ulica. Za središte grada vrlo je mirna iako povezuje Tkalčićevu ulicu ("bar street"), Dolac, glavnu gradsku otvorenu tržnicu i trg pred gradskom katedralom. Trg bana Jelačića, glavni gradski trg udaljen je 60 metara, a javna "Garaža Langov trg" svega 6 minuta hoda.
