The apartment is basically brand new in the inside. Clean and nice. Parking in front of the house, groceries and bigger shops nearby. The downtown is in walking distance and also there is fantastic little beach in like just 2 min walk distance. Guests have the entire apartment for themselves. They also have a beautiful balcony with a table and chair for their rest.
