This stylish apartment is situatied in the historical building in the quiet and calm St. Jacob quarter, just 10-15 min walk form the Old town on one side and at the same distance from the famous St. Jacob beach on the other side.
50 m2 apartment is situated on the top floor of the building which provides magnificent view of Old town and Lokrum island.
The aparment has one bedroom with queen size bed and a walk in closet, one spacious living room with two sofas (one is sofa bed), fully equiped kitchen with dining area, small laundry space and one bathroom.
Whole place is full od natural light with lots of windows and great views on every side.
