A brand new house with 2 apartments with a spectacular view.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons (2+2)and it’s layout features one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a view of the sea, with an extendable couch for two extra sleeping possibilities. In addition, both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, rator, pots, pans, cutlery etc. included) and a dining area and one bathroom.
Each of the apartments also features a beautiful, large balcony with a stunning view of the sea and Omis town and its surroundings. The balcony has outdoor furniture. Wi-Fi, SAT/TV and air-conditioning are available as additional amenities.
Free private parking is provided on site, no reservation needed. We also provide a parking card for parking in town center, close to the beach.
Neighbourhood information
Omis, a town surrounded by sea, a river and two mountains standing shoulder to shoulder, all within a 500 meter radius. Its medieval town core offers a number of bars and restaurants, whilst being within a walking distance from a centrally located sandy beach, a beach awarded a Blue Flag certificate as an indication of its high environmental and quality standards.
In addition to the sun and the sea, all beaches in Omiš, as well as all other vast beaches of the Riviera offer a wide variety of entertainment and leisure activities such as jet-skis, boat or kayak rental or sea trampolines.
