Kampor is the best-preserved fishing village on the island of Rab, and it fits perfectly into the forest vegetation reserve "Dundo" and the sandy beach Mel. In Kampor you can also find one of the oldest libraries with a collection of the written word, which was collected by friar Ambroz Testen, who collected the library materials in the Franciscan monastery of St. Euphemia, and today it is an ethnographic museum.
