Villa Kelly started out 2018 year as a boutique family business, with the purpose of sharing our love for the places of our childhood and the secrets that our grandfathers and grandmothers have handed down to us. We are based in Kvarner/Istria and Dalmatia, and we believe that no other land in the world can offer so much beauty as Croatia. Since the early times the appreciation from our friends (yes, our guests are our friends!) grew up so that we are now an enthusiastic and friendly team of about 7 people working together and our guests’ satisfaction is our main concern. At Villa Kelly we’re all driven by the desire to deliver exceptional experiences and exceed expectations. Villa Kelly was created by people who understand the vacation needs of families, because they’ve been there. We saw a need for a better way to rent and experience amazing vacation villa, so we built it from scratch. We designed our villa and amenities, to exceed your expectations, because we don’t believe in meeting standards. We believe in creating new ones. Villa in Croatia tailored for vacations of large groups, up to 18 people Youth group under 28 years need to be approved in advance by the owner ( different security deposit applies) City taxes of 2 euro per person per night will be charged in cash at arrival.
