In the building live spouses who loves to stay in the garden, deal with fruit trees and flowers and with special attention arrange the greenery around the house. We love animals and nature. We want our guests to feel relaxed and restful at home. We are proud that our guests return each year after years of summer vacation, telling us that our place is interesting for summer vacation and our work as a host is recognized.

Property information

The object is in a detached building with two larger apartments and one studio apartment. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor. There is an exit to the outdoor terrace where the table and chairs are all covered with natural greenery. Viewed from the apartment is on the garden, parking and part of the beach. The house is surrounded by pine trees and the beach is about 40 meters. The second beach (sandy beach) is about 100 meters away from the property. It is suitable for people who want a peaceful vacation with a swim in the beautiful surroundings full of greenery. The housekeepers live in the back of the house and are served by guests for 24 hours.

Neighbourhood information

Our house is located in a quiet street close to the Pinija Hotel. If they want our guests can use hotel facilities such as massages, wellness, gym, bicycle rental and the like. To the center of Petrcane is about 5 minutes easy walk. In the center there are several good restaurants we recommend for example, restaurant Sidro. If desired, guests can visit the beautiful town of Nin and its historic sights, located 4 kilometers west of Petrcane. In the vicinity of Nin there is a famous beach with healing mud visited by people who have problems with rheumatic diseases.
