The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, and they are two separate units with full privacy and comfort. Each unit has Sea view.
Each unit has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with free wifi, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large terrace with a Sea view. Guests can enjoy and stay in the yard full of greenery and relax with a barbecue. The house has parking space.
Summer house Blue Horizon has an excellent position and is close to all amenities (within walking distance). It is a 7-minute walk to the center of Novi Vinodolski, a 12-minute walk to the first beach (near Lidl).
Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Property is placed in older part of town without big buildings and modern sweets. The very old part of town is at sight and there is possibility to walk through it when going to city center or beaches.
