Welcome to Swan Residence! Enjoy Pirovac in the centre of the old town with fantastic views of the skyline & the sea! We are very pleased that you have found us! We are Tobi & Clara, a young couple in our early 20s, and we have made it our mission to share idyllic Pirovac with as many people as possible. In 2022 we started to redesign the family house to create a dream holiday destination. The house has been in the family for a long time and there are an incredible number of fun, romantic and unforgettable memories attached to this place. However, for a long time the house was only used as a holiday resort for a few weeks a year for the own family and therefore often stood empty. Our aim is to provide modern but also always locally adapted accommodation with a high level of quality. We don't want to offer ready-made standard flats, but rather fill our accommodation with life. Especially The Blue Swan stands out here. It is designed to offer a little luxury for families, but still reflect the small fishing village of Pirovac in its interior. Feel free to contact us with any queries. We wish you a pleasant stay!
Both beaches can be reached within 5 minutes. The centre of the small fishing village is practically at the front door and is only a stone's throw away. The surrounding area also offers many excursion possibilities. Well-known destinations such as the Kornati Islands or the Krka waterfalls are nearby. There are also many hiking trails through the untouched nature of Dalmatia. Brochures and special offers are provided for every guest.
