Casa Terra Mirna is a very spacious historic 3 storey stone house of some 270 m2. With its large living and dining room area, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, it provides ample space for 2 associated families with children or groups of up to 8 persons. It is also available to couples or families seeking the luxury of space and privacy during their holidays. Casa Terra Mirna has a spaciously laid out covered terrace and a swimming pool behind the house. The garden in the back of the house features a 24 m2 swimming pool. The pool is shared with guests from the separate small appartment Studio Terra Mirna. Our house is located in the historic village centre. The front part looks onto the square with the Baroque cistern and Venetian style houses. The garden overlooks the nearby Sveti Toma hill and Mirna valley with the Slovenian mountains in the distance.

We are Axel & Steffi Stadtelmeyer from Munich, Germany. We are the owners of Terra Mirna. In 2007, we bought ”Terra Mirna”, a stone house in the historic village center of Vižinada. In 2012, we completely renovated it and converted into stylish apartments. Wherever possible, antiques and vintage materials were used. Carefully selected with attention to detail, each piece has a history of its own. Let the house take you by surprise with its warm ambiance and enjoy quiet days in a relaxing atmosphere.

The picturesque village of Vižinada is located in the northeast of Istria, 250 meters above Mirna valley and 18 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The house itself is located in the old village centre with the historic piazza and the neo-classical church from the 17th century. Vižinada features two small supermarkets and cafés for your every-day convenience.
