Company information

KaSandra and Jack both have roots in Scandinavia and have both lived and worked in Istria for several years. KaSandra is the chief designer of the flats and the terrasse and a number of other projects in Pula and is the owner of 'Rebecca D.O.O', one of Pula's most successful real estate agencies. Jack has a legal background and runs his own international consultancy business from Pula. Designing and renovating flats and houses is a big part of our lives and we strive to create small 'oases' of wellbeing whereever it is possible.

Property information

Rooms - with a unique access to one of the best private penthouse terrasses in Pula - is situated 100 m from the famous Pula arena and directly in the most quite part of Pula center. The terrasse is ideal for breakfast, relaxation and a drink in the evening. In order to be able always to serve fresh breakfast, guests need to preorder breakfast, minimum day before, latest at 6PM. Each of the 3 fully new renovated rooms have own style, private bathroom and toilet and access to the fully furnished kitchen with seating for all. The renovation is done with the utmost respect for the old building construction and many small fine romantic details are kept alive. 2 or 3 rooms can be rented for a full family who wants to enjoy Pula and Istria together and at the same time have some privacy and each room can be rented separately.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is quiet and the building is surrounded by narrow streets. Small shops and a number of local restaurants are nearby and the famous and romantic Pula arena is right at the doorstep. From the roof terrasse there is the most splendid view of Pula, the arena, the harbour and the famous 'Ulianik' shipyard.
