A brief walk of around 400 meters takes you to the picturesque pebble beach Škver in the Kvarner Bay, offering an opportunity to enjoy the sun and sea. The historic city of Senj, renowned for its medieval Nehaj Fortress and an array of historical attractions, is conveniently close by, as are shops, bakeries, and a supermarket, all within easy walking distance. Inside the holiday house, guests will find a cozy living room and dining area equipped with air conditioning and two large reclining sofas, a fully fitted kitchen, and three bedrooms with double beds. Additional sleeping options are provided by two sofa beds. The house spans two floors – the lower floor with bedrooms and a kitchenette, and the upper floor with a living area that opens onto a furnished balcony. Despite the lack of a heating system, the air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures during the warmer months. A washing machine is available for a small fee, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. The exterior area of the holiday house is fully fenced and features a lush green garden and a shaded terrace covered with grapevines for cozy barbecue evenings. A charcoal grill and seating areas are available for guests' enjoyment. For those arriving by car, up to two private parking spots are directly in front of the house. The prime location not only provides quick access to the beach but also to the cultural events and traditional festivals in Senj during the summer months, as well as excursions to nearby islands and Plitvice Lakes National Park. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
