Welcome to Happy Home, a holiday home located in the immediate vicinity of the old town of Split. The building is located 500 m from the center, consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and a living room, and extends over 2 floors. We wish you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. All 4 rooms have an average area of 20 m2. The entire facility is located on the ground floor of the building and the first floor, inside the facility there are a total of 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with a living room. The home has a terrace and a balcony on the first floor. The total area of the residential part of the building is 135 m2, and up to 2 cars can be parked in front of the house, which is included in the price. Guests have full use of the entire house and its yard with parking during their stay.

The city of Split, as the cradle of Croatian civilization, began its history in the 3rd century during the reign of Emperor Diocletian, when he decided to build a palace that is today one of the most important UNESCO cultural monuments in the world. Split offers a rich gastronomic, cultural and entertainment scene, and a special emphasis is given by its traffic connection with the rest of the country, so that via Split you can quickly reach islands such as Hvar or Brač, and 30 minutes by car separates you from the UNESCO city of Trogir or the city of pirates - Omiš. At the entrance to Split, its ancient history began in the so-called Antička Salona, a place that today is the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, and today is considered a satellite city named Solin. A 10-minute drive away is the municipality of Klis and its fortress, where the epic moments of the "Game of Thrones" series were filmed. Split airport is located 25 km from the city centre, Property can organise a private car transfer. Transportation is also available via the public bus line of the national airline - Croatia Airlines with regular departure times from the city's ferry port. If you are a fan of going to the beach, we recommend going to the green oasis or the "lungs of the city" of the Marjan Park-Forest, for which we traditionally use the expression that "Split is the city at the foot of Marjan". Marjan is an ideal place for long walks, cycling or going to the beach and has very limited catering facilities in order to preserve its essence. The locals are extremely proud of the local gastronomic scene, which is not surprising considering that Croatia has 10 restaurants with Michelin stars and 1 green star for the category of food waste minimization.
