Holiday home Anatea is conveniently situated in the small village of Maslenica, less than 300 meters from the nearest beach. Located in a quiet, family orientated residential area, this charming house can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 6 persons and provides an ideal choice if you're looking to book your next stress-free vacation. Your fully fenced detached property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious well lit living/dining area and a modern kitchen. From there you have direct access to the beautiful sea view terrace well equipped with outdoor furniture. Three private parking spaces are secured for the guests and there is a children's playground right next to your house. Also, a bus station is just around the corner. The nearest local beach is reachable in a short 5 minute walk, and there are a few grocery stores less than a hundred meters away. Restaurants, cafes and a water park are also nearby which makes for a great location to spend your holiday. - The owners allow a maximum of 1 well behaved pet with a previous notice for a surcharge of 6 EUR/night. - A strict no party policy is enforced

The historic center of Zadar is half an hour drive away. Within a radius of 100 km you can visit national parks Plitvice Lakes and Krka waterfalls. Boat excursions to Kornati islands NP are organized on daily basis, departing from Zadar.
