Holiday home Olive is located on the Croatian Makarska city coastline in the stunning small place called Gradac. Gradac is well known for its two beautiful long beaches that streches through the entire place. Home Olive consists of two new apartments on the ground floor which are connected with a spacious beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The whole ground floor area is spread over 400 m2 of which is open space is almost 200 m2. Main apartment is larger and consists of two bedroom, living room and a large spacious kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big flat screen LCD in the living room. Main apartment also features two bathrooms. Smaller apartment consists of one bedroom that is connected to a living room which has its own flat screen LCD TV. This apartment also has its own bathroom. Behind the small apartment there is a large-semi open fully equipped kitchen with a large fireplace. There is also a gas-grill as an alternative which is located in the yard. Home Olive is approached from a road and has its own private parking place at the rear of the property.

Home Olive is only 15 meters away from the sea and beautiful Gradac beach. Restaurants, coffee shops and a market are all within walking distance of the accommodation as is the beach promenade which is a pretty walkway running along the length of Gradac. You can also explore Makarska city or surrounding area like peninsula Pelješac or visiting beautiful Biokovo nature park.
