Access by car is possible to the house. The sea and the beach is 38 meters from the house and the house has 42 m2 with air-conditioning, washing machine, Internet and satellite TV. Accommodation is surrounded by terraces of 130 m2 surface. On one of the terraces is has equipped summer kitchen. Covered parking space is next to the house.
