After countless wonderful holidays here, we decided to purchase two apartments and turn them into a small, high-quality holiday retreat built to Austrian standards. The journey took dedication and hard work – but the result speaks for itself: modern, stylish apartments that combine comfort and functionality and give you that true feeling of being at home. Behind Apartment Baška are us – Petra and René. Petra is an interior designer and creates the warm, inviting atmosphere with great attention to detail. René, as a visionary and project developer, brings the ideas to life. We’re supported by our daughter Nina, who manages bookings and guest communication and is always there to help with any questions. On site, a reliable team takes care of cleanliness and order. Welcome to Apartment “KIANA” on the island of Krk! Our modern three-room apartment on the second floor offers 107 m² of space and accommodates up to five guests. The highlight is the spacious rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the sea and the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, soap and hairdryer. Fresh hand and bath towels as well as bed linen are, of course, provided. On the terrace, you can enjoy a dining area, sun loungers and a parasol. Behind the house, you’ll find a private parking space and an e-charging station. The exclusive pool area is available for all guests. The non-smoking apartment comes with many amenities: air conditioning, heating, safe, satellite TV, music server, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix.
