The house is situated very close to the sea, so you can enjoy sit in front of the house with cup of coffee in the morning, maybe glass of wine in the evening, and enjoy sea view. Early in the morning you can hear singing from the church on the little island Galevac, just 300 meters across. If you like, you can swim till there. It is a good exercise :) Behind the house is garden with covered terrace, soft tub, and garden furniture. There you can spend romantic evenings. This place is my favorite part of the house, so quiet and peacefully. There is another apartment on the property. You only share the passage to the garden and the main entrance. If you have a dog, it can be free in the garden.
Hi, I am Tea, teacher of Latin language in high school Zadar. My interests are decorating interiors, collecting antiques, books and travels. Grandmother's house Zmorac I decorated with lot's of love. Any subject there has a different story. That place is my center of joy and peace.
Preko is small village just 20 minutes away from Zadar by ferry. Meaning of word preko is across, because of vicinity of town. So if you want to visit old Forum Romanum, or many churches and buildings from all periods of history, I will be glad to show you. Anyway, you can sit on the Sea organ, and enjoy in Greeting to the sun, installation near by. So, you can spend your holidays in peace and quiet on the island, and also visit 3 thousand years old town. I will try to help you in any case.
