Ovo je stara kamena kuća, prva u nizu. Izgrađena je 1890.g. Renovirana je te prilagođena za odmor i uživanje od stresne svakodnevnice. Nalazi se u mirnoj ulici i kompletno je ograđena. S njene terase pruža se prekrasan pogled na more i otok Krk. Pješke do prve plaže treba 5 minuta. Na terasi možete uživati u svim vremenskim nepogodama. Kuća je restaurirana, sadrži antikvitete koji su u kući kao ukras. Ona je udaljena svega par minuta autom od Crikvenice što je prednost jer nije ni preblizu i ni predaleko. Trgovine, atrakcije, plaže, restorani i mnoge druge stvari se nalaze u neposrednoj blizini. Ima i parking za dva automobila.

Nadam se da će te i vi prepoznati lijepotu mira i blagostanja ove kuće isto kao što sam i ja prepoznala prije puno puno godina. Za sve upite slobodno mi se javite, rado ću vam ispričati sve što vas zanima.
