The apartment is located in Poljane – Ičići on the first floor of the building with 6 apartments. The apartment is air-conditioned (3 units), equipped with hi-fi stereo system with bluetooth, two flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. There's a free private parking place near the building. On the lower floor there is the master bedroom with super king size bed (180x200 cm), the bathroom with washing machine, the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and cozy living room with a dining area with access to the terrace. Terrace is equipped with a dining table and a sun shield, where you can relax and enjoy your meals and drinks with a beautiful sea view. A second bedroom is located on the upper floor with a king size bed (160x200 cm) and romantic skylight windows and one more bathroom. The staircase leading to the upper room is not suitable for children under 6 years because it is quite steep. You can enjoy the shared swimming pool with deck chairs and barbecue facilities. As it's name suggested, the apartment is equipped with some rock & jazz music memorabilia.

You can visit the many beaches nearby (3 km driving distance from the sea or 1,5 km walking distance). In Ičići you can rent a boat or a tourist boat to visit the islands of Krk, Cres, Lošinj, or you can enjoy walk or jogging to Opatija and Lovran on the coastal promenade known as Lungomare. If you prefer an active vacation, Kvarner Bay offers a wide range of sport activities such as cycling, hiking (nearby Učka and other mountains in Istria and Gorski kotar), rock climbing (Vela Draga is a spectacular canyon situated on the north-western slopes of Učka), wind surfing (Preluk Bay is a great place and well known for its tramontana - wind that blows almost every morning), para sailing and diving. You can choose to go on your own or join one of the organized tours to the national parks of Brijuni Islands and Plitvice Lakes, Istria – ideal destination for gastronomy where you can enjoy great wines and olive oils, Postojna Cave, Pula – Arena, Risnjak National Park and more. The popular town of Opatija is 4.5 km away, Rijeka with Ferry port is 20 km and Rijeka International airport 45 km away. Local bus line stops to Opatija and Rijeka are located 200 m from Long Play apartment.
