Calm and peaceful neighborhood .
The apartment has two PRIVATE POOLS (just for you).
A large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool. Walking distance (3 min) to the newly renovated most beautiful beach in Split, Žnjan beach renovated and opened in 2025.
