The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is modernly equipped with high-quality designer furniture. Two parking spaces are provided in front of the house. The apartment is located on the second floor + an attic with a beautiful sea view. Shops, restaurants, and café bars are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance.

Kačjak is located on the peninsula of the same name, in Dramalj. It consists of private apartments and holiday homes in lush Mediterranean vegetation. Beautiful nature and beaches will delight everyone who wants peace and relaxation. If you are a recreational athlete, Kačjak has tennis courts, table tennis, mini-golf, and badminton court, and if you just want to walk and enjoy nature, around the whole peninsula there is a promenade that in some places runs along a steep cliff above the sea.
