Exceptionally luxurious, tasteful furnishings and amenities for guests with the highest expectations. Sea view bathtub in the master bedroom, open luxury kitchen with cooking island, all rooms with private access to the 50sqm terrace. A 5 star experience for families, singles and couples. Beaches and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. In the immediate vicinity numerous water sports activities available. Luxury penthouse with a living area of 90 m² + 50 m² panoramic terrace. Spacious living and dining area with fully equipped open kitchen. Panoramic terrace with sea view, barbecue. Pool area with outdoor shower and sunbathing area.
From our home in Frankfurt, we have been traveling the Dalmatian Adriatic coast by land and by sea for a decade. No matter if people, nature, maritime and cultural highlights - the diversity of the Adriatic coast inspires us every year anew! Through our passion for sailing we got to know and love the Dalmatian Adriatic coast and its offshore islands in 2014. Since then, we can't get rid of the idea of sharing this passion and providing unforgettable vacations to demanding travelers. A few coincidences and years later, we finally discovered high-quality and uniquely implemented projects - in locations with unbeatable views of the Adriatic Sea. Now we have come full circle: the starting point of our first sailing trip, Marina Agana, is home to our penthouse vacation apartment MARINA LIVING.
Numerous sights in the surrounding area: * 13 km to the Unesco world cultural heritage TROGIR * 20 km to the picturesque small town PRIMOSTEN * 40 km to the Unesco world cultural heritage old town SPLIT * 48 km to the medieval town of SIBENIK with a cathedral from the 15th century * 52 km to the Krka National Park (WATERFALLS) Marina is a picturesque, quiet coastal village in a well-protected bay on the Split Riviera. Striking landmark of the village is a 16th century fortified tower used for gastronomic purposes. On the north side of the inlet there is a marina Marina Agana with more than 100 berths for sailing and motor yachts. Around the harbor there are numerous bathing possibilities, the flat sloping beaches are made of fine gravel and sand. Pine and olive trees provide shade during the hot days.
