We are a family who loves the sea, architecture, and genuine hospitality. What began as a dream—a place to unwind and feel at home—has grown into Marim Luxury Villas, three unique retreats on the island of Krk. Each villa carries our personal touch: from the architectural design down to the very last plant in the garden. It means a lot to us when our guests experience the same peace, freedom, and joy that we feel here ourselves. We live between Austria and Croatia, love traveling, the sea, good food, and beautiful places—and we are happy to share all of this with our guests.

Villa Manatis features sleek modern design, a heated 12-meter pool, and a stylish glass-front sauna in the pool house. Guests particularly love the spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, the fire pit with views of Vrbnik’s old town, and the private sand court for relaxing or games. With high-end furnishings, large sea-view bedrooms, and plenty of privacy, the villa is ideal for guests seeking wellness, design, and a serene getaway just minutes from the sea.

Vrbnik is a place with a special atmosphere, located on a huge rock by the sea. With a view of the Kvarner Bay, the illuminated old town of Vrbnik and the opposite town of Novi Vinodolski, you are only 250 meters from the sea. A footpath leads to the nearest beach or along the coast to secluded bays around Vrbnik with a pebble beach. Vrbnik is located on the east of the island of Krk in the beautiful Kvarner Bay in Croatia. The place is known for pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal clear water and famous Žlahtina wine.
