A brand new luxury apartment on the 5th floor of a building. The building has 4 elevators which are secured by a security code as well as entrances to the building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, floor heating, free wifi, and a free garage spot.
The neighbourhood is just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The nearest beach is also cca 10 minutes by walk from the building. The building offers a drogerie shop, a groceery store, a sandwich bar, a healthy food restaurant, caffe bars, and so on.
