Spacious apartment on the ground floor with two rooms, completely renovated 4 years ago; it has a bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and exit to the balcony. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. The modern-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a dining room and pantry, which includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine in a separate unit, and a closed balcony for reading and relaxing, with an exit to the terrace with garden. The apartment has its own parking and free internet. Pets are not accepted, nor is smoking in closed rooms.
The apartment is located 3 minutes' walk from the centre with restaurants, bars, playgrounds for children. The apartment is located 7 minutes from the old town of Rab. Marina Rab is 500 meters away, and a 10-minute walk separates you from the sandy beach of Padova and 15 minutes from Škver beach.
