I've chosen the name "Old Pear" because there is literally an old pear tree outside of the apartment. The whole house is over 60 years old and throughout the years, it's been renovated a couple of times. At the moment, everything is new and modern, except for the old pear tree we decided to leave there to act as a reminder of the past.
Guests can use the whole apartment and when the time allows them, they can also use a huge terrace in front of the house for meals or just hanging out.
The neighborhood is situated in a quiet part of the town, mostly surrounded by family houses. In a 50m radius from the apartment you have a market shop, a cafe and a restaurant that offers continental traditional Croatian meals. If you like mountain biking or hiking, in a 300m radius north of the apartment you'll find bike and trekking trails that lead to Zagreb's famous mountain Sljeme and Medvednica. The trails are suitable for children and older people.
