The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep two adults. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower cabin, has been newly renovated, using equipment from renowned manufacturers. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom, while a built-in wardrobe is also located in the hallway of the property. The apartment also has a terrace, which is equipped with a modern table and chairs. From the bedroom, bathroom and terrace there is an impressive view of the sea and the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The facility has two parking spaces, which are available to guests. Waste is disposed of in adequate containers, which are located in the back yard of the building.

Ližnjan is a small, picturesque town in the far south of Istria. The property is located on top of a hill, in the old part of Ližnjan, in a quiet and pleasant location. There is a forest nearby, which is extremely suitable for walks. Also, a small shop and the center of Ližnjan are a few minutes' walk away, while larger shopping centers, such as Lidl and Plodin, are located in nearby Medulin, about a five-minute drive away. Beautiful beaches (Bura beach, Matićev Pisak, Mala and Vela Draga, beaches in Medulin, the island of Levan) are five to ten minutes' drive away by car, with the closest distance to the sea being 1.5 km. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of Pula by car. Due to its biodiversity, the area is extremely suitable for tourists who prefer active holidays (bicycles, walking along the sea, surfing and kite skiing), and the area is rich in well-maintained hiking and cycling trails. Ližnjan also offers guests a number of catering facilities (restaurants, beach bars, etc.), with a great gastronomic offer.
