Residence Kelava is located in a garden of 800 m2, full of Mediterranean plants arranged in a few areas, outdoor swimming pool area with a modern bath tub jacuzzi, playground, small football pitch and barbecue area. All of this is entirely private and reserved for your use. The Villa consists of 4 levels connected by an interior stone staircase as well as an exterior entrance (door leading to the pool area). You access the entrance door via a staircase descending from the parking area. On the basement level, you will find a indoor kitchen with a table that can accommodate 10 people for dining. The indoor kitchen area is connected with an outdoor barbecue area. Here you will find a gym equipped with an indoor cycling bike, treadmill, orbitrek and gym weight bench. Toilet and shower are also available on this level including laundry. First floor accommodates a large dining area for 10 people and a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, oven and coffee machines. You can enjoy cooking with a forest view in this spacious kitchen. The TV area offers internet access and is available on this floor with a large sofa where you can relax after outdoor activities. All five bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and have a TV. Master bedroom with its 18 m2, 10 m2 luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi and walk in closet will make your stay enjoyable. Roof terrace provides a beautiful and relaxing forest view and it is connected with a TV area. To make your stay enjoyable, we provide hotel-quality linen, including bed linens, two towels per person, kitchen towels, and bath mats.
