Luxusní nedávno zrekonstruovaná 4-podlažní budova z roku 1680 nabízí tři apartmány v nádherné lokalitě v první řadě u moře vedle pevnosti z 16. století (Kastel Stafileo). Každý apartmán má vkusně navržený interiér s nádherným výhledem na moře. Exteriér který je tvořen bílým kamenem a speciálním tvrdým dřevem je vizuální lahůdkou. Schodiště je vybaveno ručně vyrobeným zábradlím v secesním stylu. Nabízíme exkluzivní povlečení z egyptské bavlny s vysokým počtem vláken, klimatizace a televizory v každém apartmánu. V okolí je spousta možností, kam se podívat a co podniknout. Tři nedaleké pláže a mnoho vynikajících restaurací. K dispozici je park se zelení, palmami, citrusovými keři a barevnými květinami. V letní sezóně se zde koná mnoho festivalů, které hostům nabízejí zdarma jídlo, víno a hudební zábavu.
Apartmány Rotondo se nacházejí v blízkosti mezinárodního letiště Split (SPU) a jsou ideální pro dny strávené odpočinkem na některé z nedalekých pláží, procházkami, nebo jízdou na kole na zajímavá místa v okolí a užíváním si chorvatského životního stylu a teplého letního počasí. Město Trogir, které je zapsáno na seznamu UNESCO, je vzdáleno 10-15 minut jízdy autem nebo autobusem.
