Villa Marin is located in Sveti Petar na Moru, a quiet coastal village near Zadar. Its 600 m² of living space, which extend over 3 floors, offer a comfortable accommodation for a group of up to up to 16 guests. Selected for you by My Dalmatia for its excellent host and great location with easy access to the beach. Your villa consists of 7 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, 3 spacious living/dining rooms and 2 fully equipped open plan kitchens. Each of the top floors also features a lovely covered terrace and you have your large private swimming pool in front of the house. The fenced garden has a beautiful veranda with seating area, garden furniture, plenty of sun loungers and a sun shower. Barbecue facilities and a cozy lounge space are also available. - Due to the unpleasant experiences in the past, a minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.

The nearest beach, restaurant, and grocery store are just 100 meters away, making it easy to enjoy local amenities. The historic old town of Zadar is only a short 20-minute drive away. There you can wander the narrow streets and discover the ancient Roman Forum, stunning churches from the Roman and Middle Ages, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the breathtaking national parks of Krka, Paklenica, and Kornati are all within a 60 km radius, making Villa Marin the perfect base for exploring the captivating Northern Dalmatia region.
