This beautiful and cozy holiday home in Sukošan, Croatia, 90m2 with two spacious bedrooms and amazing sea view is located only 110 m away from a pebble beach with crystal clear water which makes it a perfect place for family or friends wishing to escape the monotony of everyday life. Our home was built in 2016 and can comfortably accommodate six people. The accommodation comprises: - fully equipped open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric coffee machine); - 2 large bedrooms with king size beds; - 2 bathrooms and a separate WC (washing machine); - private fenced property ( 1000 m2) with secured parking for 3 cars; - large and bright living room with a sofa bed ( +1 extra bed) and a satellite TV (flat screen); - air conditioning and free Internet access; - access to a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the warm summer evenings. It is located 2,5 km from the center of Sukošan, just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops (380m), restaurants (100 m) and numerous fun activities for your family and friends( windsurfing, Jet Ski rides, kids playground, beach volleyball court, basketball court).
