The owner of Vila Salvia is a legal entity, Skalnica d.o.o. It is a family-owned business in which all of the family members are involved in, directly or indirectly. The company also owns a couple more catering and accommodation facilities, and has been in the hospitality industry for a number of years in which it can boast with only successes.

Property information

Vila Salvia is an imposing building in the suburbs of Cres. It is located on a hill, above all, so it can boast with the most beautiful view of the Cres bay, Kvarner area and Istria in the distance. It has been completely renovated in 2022. It spreads on 450m2 of living space and three times as much of the garden, pool, open summer kitchen, garage, parking space, terrace and balconies. Guests find it very attractive because of its pleasant interior, its spaciousness and modernity, and at the same time its warmth and coziness. Cleanliness and hygiene are the highest priority of this villa, which the guests greatly appreciate. The hosts are very hospitable and kind-hearted.

Neighbourhood information

Vila Salvia is located just a few minutes away by foot from the city center. Near the villa there are a number of shopping and restaurant facilities, as well as beaches which are just a 2 minute's walk from the house. In Cres you can visit the old core of the city, have a cup of coffee in the sun or take a walk on the beautiful beaches, among everything else. In the summer various manifestations take place on the city square: Creski semenj, Creski kaić, the summer carnival and a number of performances by our local performers and other concerts.
