The beautiful villa Antonia with a heated pool is located only 10 meters from the sea and 700 meters from the center of Razanj. The villa has an area of 130 square meters and provides ideal accommodation for up to seven people. It is equipped with satellite television, air conditioning, internet, washing machine and bed linen and towels. It consists of four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with a single bed). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher). The villa has a furnished balcony and a furnished terrace. For hot summer days, we recommend staying in the villa's beautiful garden with an outdoor pool, deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture. Ražanj is a small tourist settlement in the municipality of Rogoznica, located not far away from Rogoznica towards south, and about 45 km from Šibenik. Ražanj was traditionally a small fishermen's settlement, but at the beginning of the 70ies of the 20th century the construction of weekend houses and tourist objects started, resulting in the development of tourism. Today there are about 180 inhabitants. Ražanj owes its tourist popularity to the atmosphere of a calm environment, natural beaches and clear blue sea.
