The villa is located on a completely fenced plot with a beautiful private pool. An attractive feature of this villa is that it consists of two separate flats, on the upper floor and on the ground floor, each for 4+1 persons, which is ideal for two families or two groups who want to spend their holidays together but prefer privacy in terms of accommodation. Both flats have their own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On each floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate beds. Elements of wood and stone give the house a special rustic touch. On the upper floor there is a veranda, while the terrace on the ground floor offers an outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare your favourite dishes.
