Beautiful seaside Dalmatian stone villa Villa Philippa is a stunning seaside villa in the small town of Bobovišća, located directly on the water with breathtaking sunset views. Built of local limestone in the grand Dalmatian tradition, it is located close to the popular town of Sutivan and the yachting centre of Milna. The villa offers a rare refuge in a beautiful cove that fills up the senses and delivers the best of coastal Dalmatian living. Five bright and airy ensuite bedrooms accommodating 11 people are located on floors separate from the open-plan living area. A fully appointed modern kitchen has a charming outdoor counterpart with a summer kitchen/BBQ and covered dining area. Outdoor seating is found on several terraces overlooking the cove. Abundant Mediterranean landscaping surrounds the house. There is air conditioning and wifi throughout, as well as a flat-screen TV. We offer parking for two cars. A new pool overlooking the cove. The beach is at the base of the house. A large pier with deckchairs is located right next to the sea. Guests also have use of 3 kayaks and paddles for them.The small village of Bobovišća is a short walk away along the edge of the water, with restaurants, a market and additional beaches. The setting is peaceful and family friendly but also close to a range of entertainment and outdoor activities for families or singles. The host Vlado can wait for you at the port of Supetar if you are coming by car. The villa can also be reached directly from Split airport by VIP boat transfer. A staff member is available in the morning hours for housekeeping matters and general support. Linens are changed twice a week or as needed.
