In addition to a magnificent sea view, this villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The villa is divided into three floors. The first floor of the villa has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and pantry, a bathroom and a covered terrace with access to a private pool. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom and a covered terrace. On the second floor of the villa there is a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the sea. If you want to refresh yourself, the villa offers a private pool where you can enjoy the sea view. Book Villa Futura and relax in beautiful Dalmatia. Villa Futura is located in Maslenica near the town of Zadar. It is only 100 meters from the beach. Its location is not only attractive for this reason - you can go on numerous day trips from Maslenica. Paklenica National Park is only a 15-minute drive away. The city of Zadar, where you can visit sights such as the Sea Organ and the Church of St. Donat, is only a 35-minute drive away. Taste Dalmatian specialties in the numerous cafes and restaurants just 300 meters from the villa. Supermarkets can be found within a radius of 1 km. The great location of Villa Futura offers its guests many possibilities and you can reach almost everything you need on foot. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
