Property information

Villa Gloria is located in a quiet village in Istria near the sea (only 8 km). The private pool of 24 sqm is located in a huge private garden of 1080 sqm. The garden is completely fenced and safe for children, with a swing-set, trampoline, children slide, a small toy-house for children, sunbeds around the pool and parasols. A grill area is above the pool, with a stone built charcoal grill and a large dining table. The house is nicely and modernly decorated. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and a dining room. The first floor has one more bedroom and bathroom. The basement has a very well equipped gym and game room - with fitness machines, table tennis, table football, billiard table and an electrical dart board. We are happily expecting your arrival and believe you will enjoy in your stay!

Villa Gloria is located in a quiet village Nedescina, surrounded by nature. From Labin, where there are supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), bank, gas station, the Villa is just 3 km away. There are shops and restaurants in Nedešæina, only 500 meters from the house. Beaches in Rabac is 7 km from the villa. Enjoy the privacy of that nature environment, the tranquility of the place, while in the vicinity of the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic. Everything you will hear during your stay is a peaceful hum of trees that will make your holiday completely relaxing. All the best beaches on the east coast of Istria are near, whether you love active and lively beaches or the secluded and private wild beaches. Only a few minutes drive from the villa and you are there.
