Villa Iva is located in a quiet rural area of ​​the beautiful nature of the town of Trilje. This villa in the Dalmatian Zagora offers peace, privacy and silence not far from all the modern facilities you could need. A completely private yard with a pool and garden will delight you with its decoration and comfort. The pool has a section with hydromassage jets, and it is surrounded by a paved terrace equipped with comfortable deckchairs and garden furniture. The garden and the entire terrace are beautifully decorated with palm trees, flowers and other Mediterranean cultures. In the yard there are also facilities for children such as trampolines and goals. The outdoor kitchen and fireplace are charmingly integrated into the remains of the former stone wall of a typical Dalmatian house, which is especially charmingly executed with a wooden window that offers a view of the beautiful landscape. There is an outdoor dining room in the shade under a canopy. Next to it in a closed building on the terrace there is also a closed kitchen with a dining room and a toilet. Villa Iva consists of two modernly furnished units, and guests have at their disposal two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. All bedrooms have king size beds and a TV, and the sofas in the living room are used as an extra bed for one person. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and washing machines. The villa is also decorated with balconies from which you can enjoy the view of the beautiful nature and the sunset. All rooms are air-conditioned, covered by WiFi signal. Parking is on site and free of charge.

Villa Iva is located in Trilj, within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The supermarket is located in the same building, but on the other side of the villa. Villa Iva is an excellent choice for lovers of nature and peace and outdoor living. There are numerous activities that you can do in the vicinity, such as horse riding, quad biking, zipline, walking or hiking. Cycling routes will take you to some beautiful viewpoints and forts, which you can use to get to know this region better. The sea and the first beaches are 40 km away in the city of Split. The gastronomic specialty of the region is frogs, which you can taste in local restaurants in various ways.
