Privlaka is located on a large, flat peninsula with sandy soil. It is 2 km from Nin and has a mild Mediterranean climate with 2,540 hours of sunshine per year. This magnificent villa offers 233 square metres of modern style and can optionally accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. There is also a spacious living room that is lit by sunlight and invites you to enjoy pleasant gatherings with your family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate WC for all guests.
