Brand new house by the sea in Lukoran on Island Ugljan! Beautiful, newly built 3 BR, 2.5 bathroom house 50m from the sea, with great amenities. Sleeps 8 total. Open concept main floor. Upstairs has 3 BRs: Master with king bed (180x200cm) and master bath; bedroom with queen bed (160x200cm); bedroom with twin bed, bunk beds, and pullout bed. Bathroom has clawfoot bathtub, clothes washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, etc. Linens, bath towels, & beach towels provided.
We are available by phone during your stay.
Lukoran has a grocery store and cafe/restaurant within walking distance. The nearest beach is 50 meters from the house.
