Villa NIKI at the sea and the amazing paradise called SOLINE and is waiting for you. It is only 4 meters from the azure sea in Soline, Dugi otok. The stylish style in which white dominates makes the visitor wishing he could stay there for ever. The villa is adorned with a large terrace from which you can watch wonderful sunsets in the evening while drinking great wine. The villa has a living room on the ground floor with a kitchen and a small toilet. Bamboo stairs will take you to the upper floor with two rooms. Since we want the most for our guests, a bathroom is available in both rooms. There is a shower in one bathroom, in the other, however, there is an aromatic bath in which you can relax. The villa can accommodate four guests, while an additional bed in the living room offers a pleasant sleep to the fifth guest. There is an exit to the balcony from both rooms that offers a view of the nearby and remote islands. We also offer our guests an outdoor shower which you can use to refresh or just to wash the sea salt from your body. Outdoor oven, grill and pool at the neighbouring villa can be used by our guests indefinitely. Look at the pictures. They tell you all.

Pizza from our outdoor oven is reminiscent of a kind, that you can find in only in the homeland of pizza, Italy. The host will gladly take you to a day trip on a boat and show you the hidden corners and beautiful little beaches where intimacy will be guaranteed. The excursion price is not included in the roaming price. THE PRICE OF RENTING VILA INCLUDES: living, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, wifi, use of outdoor showers, pool, grill , welkome dinner and daily attention of the host, that is bottle of Slovenian, TOP withe wine, Malvasia. The car park is next to the house. Our guests can borrow two brand new mountain bikes and visit the most hidden parts of the island. Soline is a small quiet place for which some say, that because of its tranquility and quietness, it was forgotten by God. If you need a holiday where you can regenerate your mind and body, this is a true paradise for you. A well stocked store is available, where you can also make your purchase with a payment card. In the vicinity of Veli Rat and Božava (distance cca 4 km) there are also post office, cash dispenser and some restaurants with excellent food and a pizzeria. A doctor is available in Božava.
