Gorgeous and modern Villa Nikoleta in Nedešćina is located 5.5 km from the charming town of Labin. The spacious pool in the fenced garden is a real haven for rest and relaxation, surrounded by the peaceful silence of nature. On the first floor there is a cozy living room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with two single beds) and 3 bathrooms. To ensure your comfort, the entire villa has air conditioning - one in each living room and bedroom. Only 10 km away, picturesque beaches await you, where you can enjoy the refreshing, clear waters of the sea. Moreover, Villa Nikoleta is an ideal starting point for exciting exploration tours that will take you to the fascinating surroundings and the charming town of Labin.
