Villa Nikolina is a modern holiday home built in 2022. It is equipped according to all today's standards like air conditioning in each bedroom, satellite and smart TV in each bedroom and big living room with 75'' smart TV... In the house there is indoor dining room or outdoor dining room equipped with large wooden tables and benches with grill in the green garden environment... The outdoor swimming pool with dimension 7.5 x 3.5 meters will benefit you against the summer heat and it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The house is ideal for family holidays and recharging body batteries for the rest of the year...

The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood with surrounding of few family houses and green environment. The town Vodnjan is a little picturesque ancient town but also equipped with everything you need, two supermarkets, two petrol stations, bars, restaurants... It is located in an almost ideal location with distance of only few kilometers from everything you need to visit in southern Istria... 15 min drive to Pula and it's roman amphitheater or 10 min drive to Fazana and it's beautiful beaches with view on Croatian national park Brijuni...
