This is lovely two-bedroom duplex apartment, it has a large terrace set up for alfresco dining with a stunning view that takes in the private swimming pool, the surrounding olive groves, the green hills behind Bol, the sea, the island of Hvar and the Biokovo mountain range on the mainland – and at night, a sky full of stars. On the ground floor you will find a bright well-equipped kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower as well as living room with sofa bed. The second bedroom with two single beds is located on the first floor as a gallery. It is open area without doors. Holiday home Nina can accommodate up to 4 people and is therefore ideal for a family or small group. Every corner of the villa has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and comfort to make it feel like a home away from home with the addition of the surrounding Mediterranean nature and the Mediterranean climate. The villa also comes with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, private parking and an outdoor BBQ area. Need to get away from it all? This is your dream holiday villa!
I've lived in Bol my entire life and know the ins and outs of the town, as well the island. I'd be happy to host You in my holiday home and show You what life looks like here from a local's perspective! We live in center of town so if you need any help we will be at your disposal.
Within a 20-minute walk you can find yourself on Zlatni Rat beach with all its facilities including a waterpark, a children’s play area, trampolines, paddle boat hire, a buffet and an a la carte restaurant, a couple of beach bars and a number of stalls selling snacks and refreshments. Zlatni Rat is connected to Bol’s town centre by a tree-lined promenade, a 20 -minute walk from the villa, along which you will find more beaches, various nautical sports centres (windsurfing, diving, kiteboarding, kayaking, sailing), several tennis centre, a bike hire centre, a beach volleyball court, a cocktail bar, a children’s fun park, a beach restaurant and several beach bars.
