Vilu Novu smo gradili za našu obitelj. Vila je i sada, kada je iznajmljujemo, zadržala obiteljsko obilježje. Zato je ona pogodna za obitelji sa djecom. Mirno okruženje, veliki ograđeni park oko kuće sa bazenom omogućuje djeci slobodno igranje a vama mir i bezbrižnost. Ako se želite kupati u moru ono je tu, odmah ispod kuće.Ne morate nosti puno stvari sa sobom, one su vam na dohvat ruke ako i ostanu u kući ili ispred kuće. Vila Nova je okrenuta prema jugu, cijeli je dan na suncu. Sa svojim sadržajima omogućuje vam da nakon dugih mjeseci provedenih u zatvorenim prostorima ( na poslu, u školi, u kući...) živite na otvorenom, u prirodi.
Ja sam doktorica medicine u mirovini. Živim sa svojim suprugom u Veloj Luci. Imamo troje djece ( dvije kćeri i jednog sina). Naša su se djeca osamostalila i sada žive sa svojim obiteljima. Imamo 3 unuka i jednu unuku. Ja i moj suprug smo vrlo dinamične osobe. Volimo putovati, volimo prirodu, volimo raditi.
Mir, tišina, vrlo mali promet, položaj uz samo more, obilježja su četvrti u kojoj se nalazi Vila Nova. Zanimljive povijesne lokacije na otoku Korčuli su vam vrlo dostupne i vrlo blizu. Volite li roniti, ronilački klub udaljen je svega 3 km. Ako volite surfati na dasci akvatorij ispred vile je idealan.Ako volite vožnju biciklom možete uživati u vožnji biciklom u više smjerova. Volite li dalmatinsku kuhinju i dalmatinske specijalitete naći ćete ih u broijnim restoranima u Veloj Luci ,Blatu i Korčuli.
