Villa Soldo is located in the village of Ston, on the Pelješac peninsula. The villa is right by the sea, which means you can enjoy the view from morning till night. And you don't have to walk far to the beach either. In front of the villa is a private beach and there is also a large multi-level terrace with relaxation areas, pool and jacuzzi. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed to accommodate 10 people. The villa has 195 m² and consists of 3 floors. Due to the multitude of floors, it can be divided into 2 separate apartments, each with its own kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped to prepare a variety of meals, and an added bonus is the exit to the balcony with sea view. All rooms are air-conditioned. Of the total of 5 bedrooms in the villa, 2 are on the ground floor, 2 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor. 4 rooms have private bathrooms. Most of the rooms have double beds and 1 has access to a balcony.

The villa is surrounded by a 500 m² garden. Most of the garden is taken up by an outdoor terrace, which extends over several levels. On the top level there is a house with an indoor wellness area – sauna, and in front of the house there is a swimming pool with sea view. On the same floor there is also a gazebo with jacuzzi, and there is also a mini cocktail bar with bar stools. We can already see where you will be spending most of your time. On the middle level there is a shaded relaxation area with sun loungers, and on the lowest level there is an outdoor dining area with a wood-fired barbecue. Below the house is a concrete beach with an accessible entrance to the sea where you will find sun loungers and kayaks. Doesn't this sound like a dream come true? We really think so, and with all of the above, there will be no end to the enjoyment of this villa. The Mali Ston bay is known for growing the highest quality mussels and oysters in all of Croatia, and considering that you will be staying right in the bay, be sure to treat yourself to one of these delicious shellfish. Pelješac itself is still an unexplored pearl - wild nature, beautiful beaches and quality wines are its main features.
