It was built in 2022 and will delight you with its modernity and Dalmatian atmosphere with a view of the islands of the Pašman channel and the blue Adriatic. Only 2 m from the villa there is a beach with a pebble entrance to the crystal-clear sea and numerous facilities that will enrich your holiday in the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room with 8 seats. There is also an additional kitchen with a barbecue in the exterior part of the villa and a sauna that is perfect for resting the body and relaxing the mind. On the first floor of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with a bathroom with shower, and one room has a free-standing bathtub from which you can enjoy the view of the sea. In front of the villa there is a heated swimming pool with deckchairs and an outdoor seating area where you can relax with your friends or family while preparing a barbecue. Privacy will be ensured by the complete enclosure of the villa. There are 4 parking spaces inside the courtyard of the villa.
