Velika okućnica kompletno ograđena, 4 parking mjesta unutar okućnice. Biljarski stol, stolni nogomet, dječje igralište sa trampulinom, toboganom i ljuljačkom. Dvije velike odvojene terase. Velika odvojena prostorija za roštilj. Dodatni treći WC. Dvije kompletno opremljene kuhinje, dvije perilice suđa.
Blizina gradske plaže Bošana (100 m udaljenosti od mora), vrlo mala udaljenost od centra grada (600 m).
